Many folks don’t realize that you can go to court and represent yourself and win without a lawyer.  Of course you must educate yourself to how rules of court work.  There are rules that every party in the court must follow or risk losing the case.  The judge must follow his rules, the plaintiff must follow their rules and of course the defendant must follow his rules as well.  You must know the rules of pleadings, the rules of proof and the rules of procedure.  These observations must be met if you want to hold your own at all.
