I was contacted by the broker that handles my hotel financing and he suggested that now may be a great time to look into refinancing a few of my hotels. I own about a handful of hotels and they were all bought at different times and during those times, obviously the market was different. My rates range so I would like to get the higher priced loans down a little in interest if that is at all possible. Some of the rates are extremely high so I am glad that he contacted me and we are going to start getting the paperwork in order.
