The 74 year old man from Nepal is now the oldest man to have attempted the top of the tallest mountain in the world. Further, a personal goal was left for Tenzing Bursha. More than 3272 people have climbed to the peak of the Everest since it was first conquered in 1953 by New Zealander Edmund Hillary.

There are all inclusive packages and then there are sight seeing packages.  For our trip to Egypt we looked at Egypt packages that offered just sight seeing options.  We wanted a tour of sorts where we could be guided thru the sights and learn as much history as possible.  This was a trip that I was not going to have the opportunity to take again any time soon so I knew that we needed to make it special.  The rich history and magical sights made proper planning a must.  We did not want to miss anything, at least not in the area we were in and for the time we had.

I have been to many Thanksgiving day dinners, and I must say that none of them compare to the meal I just ate in Amish country. My family decided it would be a good idea for us to go out to dinner for Thanksgiving this year since we are moving and don’t have a lot of dishes out now. We had heard about this restaurant that has amazing country cooking in Holmes County, so we decided to drive out that way and try it. Everything was made from scratch and was home grown around that area. My favorite part was the homemade apple butter.
