Fruits For Snacks
February 19, 2009 1:10 pm HealthI am a chronic snacker. Several times a day and into the night, you can find me rummaging around in the kitchen looking for something to munch on. I get this bad habit from my father. I tried to commit myself to no eating after dinner. After failing miserably for several years, I finally realized if I couldn’t change my routine, I could at least change what I snacked on. I now snack on fresh fruit. Blueberries, Acai Berry (juice form), bananas, and oranges are my favorites. If I can’t find oranges, I buy the sweetest apples available. Aside from being great snacks, berries and bananas are great in cereal. Snacking can be healthy.
