Legs Lifts Raise Bodyweight Work Out

Learning new sports has been my passion always at the same time enjoying the sports. In college I tried rugby and fell in true love with the game. What I didn’t like was the leg rise exercise that we had to do. Leg lifts are a body weight exercise where you lie down on the floor and raise your legs up approximately six inches. You have to hold this pose for a definite time. In rugby exercise sessions, this time period was decided by our trainer, who, I suppose, enjoyed to watch us make a face as our stomach muscles were trembling.
