When most people think of flags, they think of flags representing a country, state, province, county, or even city. But flags can also be decorative. Decorative flags are sometimes the sfore mentioned flags of city, state, province and country with decorative tassles added, and sometimes they represent other things as well.

You see the American flag being used as decoration when it is folded and displayed in a wood framed glass faced case, as well as when it is displayed at political rallies. You know how you see the political candidates standing in front of a series of six or eight of them? That’s what I am talking about.
