I purchased a zune some weeks ago. I live in Germany. Today I got the following error message: 947261 when I tried to install the Zune software: "The digital certificate used to authenticate ‘Zune’ is invalid". I searched the internet for a solution and was forwarded to a microsoft site. I was pretty surprised when I saw the statement on top of  the site: this site is machine translated…  - Right, microsoft did not take the time to get a human translator. They have been using a machine to do it. And guess what? The instructions to fix the error are asbsolutely useless. No one can understand the mashine generated translation into german. I wished I had bought an ipod! The only thing that makes me stick to zune is the great zune download site that lets me download unlimited files.
